Hi there, my name is Marios and this is my Digital Marketing blog – welcome :).
I work from home since 2015 and have been living the dream on a small island somewhere in the Mediterranean sea ever since.
Is this something you want to do? The ability to work from anywhere in the world with just a laptop is priceless and everyone is worth it. If your dream is to be your own boss, work whenever and wherever you want so that you have more time for yourself, friends, or family, I can certainly help you or at least be an inspiration.
Here’s a photo of where I usually spend my time and sometimes even kind of “working”. This is what I always had as the perfect ‘mental' image of calmness, relaxation, and happiness – well, now it's also a reality. All you need is motivation, a level of self-discipline, and a laptop that can connect to the internet.
The rest is up to you really.
I am not here to promise you that millions will soon reach your bank account but what I can certainly say is that if you follow the advice provided on this website (and others of course), you can make consistent money online. I am so confident in this because I got my first sale back in 2005.
It's just amazing! – the feeling that you get when you wake up in the morning and see that you made money online while you slept.
Yes, that's a true story and that's all I needed to change my life around. From working in farms and construction sites (and yes that's where I started from), that first sale was all I needed to further motivate myself and see that making money online is possible. I became more confident in my abilities to understand things, showed more attention and care to my relationships with friends and family, and eventually, I wanted others to experience the same too.
I Want You to QUIT Your JOB
Just, not right away.
Not until you start making money online anyway. I too had a corporate job, after years of studies, effort, and working on multiple jobs, I finally left the corporate world to pursue my dream of entrepreneurship. When I made the first buck online, I was still struggling to attain a financially secure future by working for others (e.g. my boss). I kept that job up until the point where my online business made me the same money as my day job.
The reason I kept it so long was that my friends, family, and society was telling me that I needed to have a job.
And it kind of makes sense, if we hear 24×7 that a day job is the only way to produce a financially secure way of life, we are most certainly inclined to follow that philosophy as well. When I told my friends and friends and family that I had gone into Internet Marketing so I can quit my job one day, they started laughing!
It’s culturally passed on from generation to generation that in order to have a stable life, you have to have a day job. Most people get a job and they stay in that job forever. At some point every now and then, the thought of whether there is an alternative solution or how to achieve it comes to mind, but then again, they keep following the flow and forget about the momentary dream of financial freedom.
Most of the time we tend to kill our dreams by not opening up to possibilities that can change our lives for the best.
Don’t Make Hasty Moves
What I am saying is that quitting your job is one option if that's what you ultimately want to do. It will be very silly to first quit and then try to find success and fortune online. Quitting your job right away without any stable back-up plans or a fat savings account is simply a strategy you want to avoid!
What’s Next?
You are now probably wondering why would someone create a blog on how to make money online.
In all honesty, I liked learning to use new software and online marketing services. That's how I started – I used software or service for a long time, found the perks and holes, and then shared my experience with the world, some of the original posts are still live in this blog :).
I review products that are great overall or have some great functionality that makes them stand out from the crowd.
Should you buy those products or services? That is entirely up to you but really the purpose of this blog is to inform you of what is out there, what works and what you can use to help you succeed in the online space – not sell you some crap.
My aim for this blog was, is, and will be to deliver quality content. That is my promise to you. I will show you how you can succeed and make money online by reviewing courses that can help and eliminating all the fluff.
And to conclude, thank you for reading this far and taking the time to learn more about me. Feel free to look around, I have many helpful posts on E-Commerce, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing, Sales Funnels, etc., and honest course reviews.
